Xuan Wu-TALKING PATTERNS

I went to Gods own junkyard, which is a neon light house. My focus is on the pattern of the light board. The change of light and shadow is ingeniously blended with the reflection of the mirror. I paint the patterns of flowers, lips, and hearts repeatedly, changing the size and direction, and mixing colors. Surrounded by this neon space, I feel the sense of technology, modernity and full of stories. Most of the tubes are presented in the form of lines and spheres. So I fully tried the variety of lines and circles. In the fourth painting, I used a marker to show the front and back of the line and the relationship between light and dark. The last painting is to combine a pattern repeatedly to form a new pattern. This is an effective attempt. Each individual pattern is wrapped around each other and blended together. It is very necessary to find a direction of choice in painting and design, and then add repeated experimentation and thinking.
